• Individual consultation sessions (where included in program enrollment)

• Post-course email support for implementation questions

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or delivery methods as necessary, with reasonable notice to enrolled participants. In the event of significant changes, enrolled participants will be offered alternatives or refunds at our discretion.

4. Enrollment and Registration

4.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a course, you must complete our registration process and provide accurate, complete information. Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and our acceptance of your enrollment. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Enrollment Capacity

Course enrollment is limited to maintain quality instruction. Courses operate on a first-come, first-served basis once minimum enrollment thresholds are met. We reserve the right to cancel courses that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements, with full refunds provided to affected participants.

4.3 Prerequisites

Certain courses may have prerequisite knowledge or prior course completion requirements. You are responsible for ensuring you meet any prerequisites before enrolling.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Course Fees

Course fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been explicitly agreed in writing. Published fees are subject to change, but enrolled participants will not be affected by fee increases occurring after their enrollment.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified during enrollment. Payment plan options may be available for certain courses; contact us to discuss arrangements.

5.3 Taxes

All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under Singapore law. Tax invoices will be provided upon request.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Participant Cancellation

• Before Course Start: Full refund if withdrawn more than 7 days before course commencement; 50% refund if withdrawn within 7 days of course start.
• Within First Week: Full refund if withdrawn within the first week of course participation.
• After First Week: Refunds are prorated based on remaining sessions, minus an administrative fee.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

6.2 Course Cancellation by Summit Learning

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, enrolled participants receive full refunds or may transfer to alternative course dates at no additional charge.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a course participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate actively
• Complete assigned work and exercises to maximize learning value
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants' shared information
• Conduct yourself professionally and courteously toward instructors and fellow participants
• Not record, photograph, or share course sessions without explicit written permission
• Use provided materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Notify us promptly of any scheduling conflicts or attendance issues

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership

All course materials, content, curriculum, workbooks, templates, tools, and intellectual property provided as part of our services remain the exclusive property of Summit Learning. This includes but is not limited to written materials, presentations, software tools, and methodologies.

8.2 Limited License

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share materials with others
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

8.3 Participant Content

Any personal financial plans, exercises, or work product you create during courses remain your property. By sharing feedback or testimonials, you grant us permission to use such content for marketing purposes while respecting your privacy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Educational Nature

Our courses provide financial education and are not personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional financial planning services. Course content is for educational purposes only. You should consult qualified financial professionals before making specific financial decisions.

9.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from course participation. Individual financial outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your personal circumstances, decisions, and market conditions.

9.3 Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. We are not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Summit Learning's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the course fees paid by the participant. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of information.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Summit Learning, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any laws or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment or access to services if you breach these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or for other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use course materials ceases immediately. Refunds for terminated enrollments are at our discretion based on the circumstances.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre rules. Either party may pursue legal remedies if mediation is unsuccessful.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any course enrollment documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Summit Learning regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
